Proposed Revision to the APS-DPB Bylaws 2014

The DPB Executive Committee (EC) has worked on a proposed revision to the APS-DPB Bylaws for a number of reasons including the following: 1) to agree with the manner in which we operate and to agree with the responsibilities that the DPB EC officers have during their term of office; 2) to add a student member position on the DPB EC, to be elected for a two year term; 3) to add the position of DPB Newsletter Editor, a non-voting appointed position on the DPB EC; 4) to change the term of the DPB Secretary Treasurer (S/T) position to four years initially, with the DPB EC having the capability to renew the S/T term for another two-year term at the end of any term.
