As part of the 2020-2021 STEP UP Ambassador Cohort, Yusuf is translating STEP UP teaching resources into Portuguese for use across Brazil. He is working with his local network to get these translated resources to teachers, researchers, teacher training programs, and middle schools. As a faculty member at the American School of Brasilia, he is building a network with other American international schools in Brazil and many other countries to get the word out about STEP UP.
