Registration is Now Open for the APS DAMOP 2020 Virtual Meeting

Registration is now open for the APS DAMOP 2020 Virtual Meeting, which will be held online June 1-5, 2020. Attendance is free of charge and open to both APS members and non-members, but registration is required to attend. If you previously registered for the DAMOP 2020 Meeting you will need to register again.

When you register, you will have access to:

• Streamed live presentations and the ability to ask questions
• Pre-recorded talks, presentation slides, and posters
• The opportunity to engage with other participants via video chat (one-on-one or in groups of up to 50)
• Chat with our exhibitors, APS departments, and Physical Review editors
• Graduate Student Workshop
• GPMFC Workshop
• The Women/Diversity Reception; TAMOC Business Meeting; and DAMOP Business Meeting

We are excited for this opportunity to share and be inspired by the latest research from around the world. Along with one live plenary sessions, choose from invited and contributed oral live sessions and events or view on-demand content including posters and pre-recorded talks.

DAMOP 2020 Meeting Refund Status

APS will be processing the majority of the meeting registration refunds no later than May 8, 2020. Upon processing the refund, it may take up to three days for the credit to appear on the credit card from which the payment was initiated.

In addition, each registrant should receive an email from registrar@aps.org that includes a copy of the refund invoice. It is each registrant’s responsibility to provide a copy of the refund invoice to the party who paid for their registration, as applicable.
